My friends, Ginger and Kim, walked with me in the Race for the Cure this morning.
It was great to see so many survivors and people walking on behalf of survivors.My mom lost her battle to breast cancer 21 years ago. Since then, there have been such big developments in the fight against this terrible disease.
I can't do much to end cancer, but I will always contribute to the fight in any way I can!

wow- what an honor to do it for your mom...as brian and I headed to the zoo this morning, we saw all the women in pink standing downtown as we drove by and I just got goosebumps thinking of all those in pink and what it represents.
