Slow start

I went to the doctor again this morning and it seems that my little follicles are still having a hard time getting started. I had a few bigger follicles this time, but still a lot of little ones.
So, we are increasing the dosage of the medications again. Hopefully, my body will finally get the message and start cranking out some bigger follicles. At this rate, it looks like my retrieval may not be until next Wednesday or Thursday.
This is what happened last time, so we increased the medicine and then I got hyperstimulated (too much fluid and follicles.) So, we have been trying to avoid that happening again. But, because I am using a different medication this time, we don't know what dose I need. We decided to go ahead and be aggressive with it and then "cross the hyperstimulation bridge" when/if we get there. I would rather that happen and me deal with being uncomfortable then not have any eggs worth retrieving!
I am still feeling pretty good, but I am definitely starting to feel the effects of the increased dose. I was trying to wean off of caffeine, but the headache from the drugs PLUS the withdrawal headache is just too terrible. So, I have decided to wait a little while longer until I cut out the caffeine.
Please pray that increasing the medication will do the trick and get the follicles growing without causing too much growth and stimulation!
