Old friends...

Today, I got to celebrate my friend Kim and her second baby. This time it's a boy- Wesley and he is scheduled to arrive soon. Kim and I have been friends since the 7th grade. We have walked through so much together in this life. And though I regret that we haven't stayed as close as we once were, I treasure her friendship. We sure did have some fun times!I haven't kept in touch with many people from high school, but today I got the opportunity to see some of my "old friends" again. These girls were some of my best buddies. It was so great to see all of you! We shared a lot of fun memories and it so fun to be together again, if even just for a few hours.I thought that you might enjoy some pics of the old days. I don't want to hear anything about the hat, ok? I thought Blossom was cool!Like a lot people, there are a lot of things that I would change if I could do high school over again. I would make so many decisions differently. But, in the end all of those decisions and experiences led me to where I am today and that is something that I wouldn't trade for the world. And for all of the bad times, I also made a lot of good memories along the way. Today was a good reminder of that. Thanks girls!

How come I don't recognize ANY of these girls - and I KNOW I worked at your high school??!!! Guess you were all "good" girls and didn't visit Mr. Laney's office very often!

Funny my mom just wrote that, because I recognize all of them. Didn't a lot of them play volleyball or basketball? Hmmmm...maybe not. Anyway, how fun that you still keep in touch with some them.
