This is my first blog entry, so I am not exactly sure how it works, but I will give it a shot.
Today has been a good day. I only worked for a few hours this morning and played golf this afternoon with my brother and a couple of friends. I did not play all that well, but it was a beautiful day and it was just great to be outside. After golf, Jenni made hamburgers for our neighbor, Blake, and me. Then we watched the Aggies win their first round game over BYU. Their reward...a match-up with UCLA who destroyed their first round opponent.
As you have read from Jenni's posts, it has been a very busy last couple of weeks for us -- visits from Ginger, Kaden, Tim, Sally and Addison, some very busy days at work for me, and lots of doctor's appointments and shots for Jenni. We always enjoy vistors, but Kaden and Addison are lots of fun (no offense to Ginger, Tim and Sally). The Shell Houston Open is next weekend and we are hopeful that we will have more vistors -- Jenni's brother (also Tim) and my dad.
I will let Jenni continue to handle the fertility update, but I wanted to tell you guys how great she has been through this process. From the moment we found out that we would have to begin the fertility process, she told me that she wanted it to be something that brought us closer together. While we still have a long way to go, I think that has happened. She amazes me everyday and I am so proud of the way she has handled everything. I think this blog has been carthartic for her and I know she appreciates all of you who have been praying for us and who provide such encouraging comments on the blog.
Thats all for now... we will keep you posted on the fertility treatments. It looks like we could have an Easter retrieval. In the meantime, keep praying, watch lots of basketball and enjoy Easter with your families.

You forgot the best part of our day...a new LOST episode!
April 24th is so far away!

Not bad for a first-time post! :)
That does sound like the perfect day; a lot better than the studying that I've been doing. Just want you guys to know that Melanie and I have been praying unceasingly for you. God has a purpose in everything He does.
Hope to see y'all again soon.
Just found out about your blog. Watching lots of basketball, and we are praying.
