After feeling a little left out that my friends always get tagged, but I never do, I got tagged by my friend, Erica. I should have know that she would be the one to think of me and make me feel special! Mine won't be as fancy and illustrated as hers, simply because I am feeling too lazy tonight.
8 TV shows that I watch:
1. The Office - this is the only show that makes me laugh out loud!
2. ER
3. Friday Night Lights
4. The Hills - don't judge me, it's highly entertaining drama! I want to be LC when I grow up!
5. Whale Wars- I thought that it would be stupid, but I watched it with Rusty and now I am hooked.
6. LOST
Re-runs of:
7. Friends
8. Everybody Loves Raymond
8 Favorite Restaurants:
1. Melting Pot
2. El Tiempo
3. Layne's- Raising Canes is an acceptable emergency substitute, but my heart belongs to Layne's.
4. BDs Mongolian BBQ, but they don't have them in Houston, so I settle for Ghengis Grill
5. Maggianos
6. Hibatchi restaurant- no particular one.
7. Pappas Steakhouse
8. Eskimo Joes- I would be a bad sister to not include this one!
8 things that happened to me today:
1. I put conditioner on first, instead of shampoo. I hate when that happens!
2. I went to teach a class at the hospital and no patients showed up! It was the first time that it has ever happened to me and it made me a little bit sad.
3. I, being the bad "mom" that I am, forgot to buy stuff for Hobby's stocking. Not wanting to brave WalMart on Dec. 23rd, I had to go to PetsMart and buy some very overpriced stocking stuffers.
4. The roof man canceled on me AGAIN! We have a hole in our ceiling and the dining room is taped off because of Ike damage. I am so ready to get it fixed and get the dining room table out of the study. Then, I can enjoy the new desk that Rusty bought me for Christmas! I am completely redoing my study and I can't wait to have it done!
5. I had to wait too long for a not so great pedicure. I guess everyone had the same idea that I did. Only in Houston does everyone need a pedicure because they are wearing sandals on Christmas!
6. I went to dinner in flip flops. It is December 23rd. I am not happy about a warm Christmas.
7. I got to go to dinner with Brad and Tami and their precious girls. Lauren, Camryn and I took pictures in the photo booth. I just love those girls!
8. My sweet husband helped me finish my last project for Christmas, so now I am finally done!
8 things that I look forward to:
1. The day that I become a mommy.
2. The day that Holland decides that he wants to meet me.
3. A surprise I have planned over the holidays! :) I'll tell you all about it after it happens.
4. The end of the 2009 Texas A&M football season. Yes, I know that it has not even started yet, but I am ready for it to be over.
5. Playdates with Erica and her kiddos.
6. The day the roof man finally shows up and fixes my house.
7. Watching my sisters, neices and nephews grow to be graduates, husbands, wives, parents and seeing what God has in store for them.
8. Growing old with my husband!
8 things I wish for:
1. To be a mommy
2. That Holland will want to meet me!
3. New Built in cabinets- you have to hear this story some time! It is a lesson on why you never pay a contractor before he finishes the work. I learned it the hard way.
4. That the Parallels program that I bought to run the scrapbook program would work. I should have known better than to try and make my sweet Mac pretend to be a PC.
5. That my Trailblazer (which is making some strange noise and is sounding more and more like a go-cart every day) would magically turn into a brand new Tahoe.
6. I wish I was crafty. I had a project, that I am giving as a Christmas present, that I messed up, threw away and restarted 5 different times! I finally finished it though. It is FAR from perfect, but I had to accept that I was not going to do any better and wrapped it up.
7. To go back to Costa Rica.
8. To be a midwife (that only delivers in hospitals- just for the record.)

Nicely done! I can't wait to hear about and see pictures of your "Christmas project"! I'm proud of you for getting all crafty! :)
I hope you guys have a blessed Christmas! And I'm looking forward to getting together again in 2009 (hopefully January!).
Hugs,
Erica
Jenni, I feel compelled to comment. You don't want to be LC when you grow up, be Whitney instead! She is the only "normal"-ish one. :). Ok, so it would be pretty fun to be any of them! Merry Christmas to you and Rusty!
With love, Katie
You are crafty! We absolutley love all of our gifts handmade by you.
