I haven't had much to post about lately, but I know that you are getting bored with my blog, so I thought that I would come up with something.
It has been a very busy week and yet nothing very blog-worthy has happened. I have worked a little bit extra, I got to do some photos of a delivery, and have been preparing to go to Dallas for a wedding this weekend with Erica. Yesterday, I spent the afternoon trying to figure out how to pull of a halter dress with strappy sandals when it is 40 degrees outside! (Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.) As of now, I think that I am just going to suck it up and be cold!
I also got to spend two of my days this week with one of my favorite women in the whole world, Cindy! You have probably read about her before on this blog, but I just can't say enough about what she means to me. Over the past 11 years, I have had the honor of having this woman pour into my life. She is an amazing woman of God and I absolutely treasure our friendship.Wednesday night, I went with Ed and Cindy to hear Robbie play at HBU. The funny thing was, his youngest sister Jess went to sit with some friends while I sat with Cindy and Ed (Robbie's parents). Dr. Sloan (the president of HBU) came on stage and said a few words and acknowledged Robbie's family was in the audience. The put the lights on us and introduced us as his mom, dad, and sister! Part of me wanted to yell, "I am not Jess, she is sitting over there!" and the other part of me just wanted to crawl under the chair because all of those people were looking at me. Jess was probably happy though, because she would have wanted to crawl under the chair too!
It was funny to see all of the girls taking their pictures with Robbie, "the rock star". One girl even had him autograph her shoe!! God is really doing BIG things through this family and I look forward to seeing what He has in store for each of Cindy's kids. They are all amazing people with incredible families! I am so blessed to be "a part" of this family!

My thoughts: You will look beautiful in whatever you choose to wear! I would imagine you will need some kind of coat for Dallas weather, however.
I just posted about the Seay family too! They are a family who serves God that's for sure!
