I have nothing to blog about other than the randomness of my life...
- When I was leaving our neighborhood today, there was a cop with a man pulled over in the left lane. The weird part was, the man was driving the wrong direction on a one way street. I watched in my rear view mirror as I drove away and the man began driving down the street in reverse with the cop following him. I never could figure out what was happening.
- I was driving on 59 and passed a nicely dressed man walking along the highway. There was no broken down car in sight- just a random man, in a suit, walking on the shoulder. So weird.
- I finally got my license plates for my new car today. The paper plates expired on the 11th and I have been a nervous wreck about getting pulled over. I hate to break rules. I do not, however have the cd changer that is standard on my car, but for some reason was missing from mine. They promised to have it in 4 days. That was 4 weeks ago.
- I had a wonderful time in Dallas last weekend. (Sorry to my Dallas friends for not coming to visit, it was a quick trip!) I went with Erica because she needed a date to a wedding. Colin stayed home and played Mr. Mom while she and I were out having a great time! - While at the wedding, I found my new hero. The photographer, Kate is absolutely amazing and I love her art! I hate finding new photographers because it only makes me feel like I am lousy. I have to remind myself that she is a professional and has fantastic equipment, but it's hard. Kate has been so sweet to give me some pointers on new lenses to buy! Too bad they are so stinkin' expensive! I have done a couple more sessions lately, but no one has commented on my photo blog, which only contributes to my feelings of lousiness. (Anyone getting the hint?)
- I found out that I really do not like running any kind of errands during Spring Break. Seriously, people are everywhere! I don't know what I would do if I had a "normal" job that only allowed me to run errands on the weekend when all of those people are out. I might have to grow my own vegetables, if it meant avoiding the grocery store.
Are you bored yet? Welcome to my life.

You both look so beautiful and I never get bored reading your blog. I only get bored when I click on the blog and it is the same post! :) I love you.
I'm with Mrs. Woolley. No updates are more boring than randomness! :)
I'm one of Erica's friends and I think you're a great photographer, so don't get down on yourself. She showed me some of the pics you took of Nate & I loved them :) I told Erica I might have to borrow you from her if/when I have a child!
You and Erica both look so pretty! I can relate to the shopping while all the schools are out. That was one of my biggest pet peeves when I taught. It is SO nice to be able to go to the store at 10 a.m. in the morning when all the kids are in school.
Gorgeous pic Jenni!!
You look so pretty!
:)
And yes, I have seen Juxtapose Photography's website. Agreed----awesome work!
:)
Your pics are fantastic!!! I was just hoping you'd come by while you were in Dallas to snap some of E...oh, yeah, and to see YOU! :) Love the wrap in the pic and hope you had fun at the wedding!
Glad you had a good time! Jackson Thomas needs some exposure on your photo blog........
Hi Jennifer~ It was good to meet you at Nate's party last weekend! You did a great job capturing Nate during his first days with his new family. I'll start checking your photo blog periodically. I love taking pics too, but haven't had much time lately to work on new techniques, etc with work and everything. It is so fun though! Have a good weekend!
